Order Processing: As a one-woman team, order preparation may take 5–7 days before shipping.
✨ Domestic Orders:
All domestic orders will be shipped via J&T, and a tracking number will be provided. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days from Mindanao to your location.
🌍 International Orders:
International orders are shipped through a trusted third-party courier. Delivery time may range from 15 to 30 days (or longer), depending on your location and customs processing.
Shipping Process & Tracking Information (for International Orders)
At Katkreates Illustration, we strive to ensure that your orders are packed with care and shipped promptly. However, please note that international shipping may take some time due to several handling and transit stages beyond our control. Below is an outline of our shipping process to help you better understand how your order travels to you:
1. Booking and Label Creation
Once your order has been booked for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that this indicates your order has been scheduled for pickup, not that it has been shipped yet.
2. Courier Pickup
After booking, the courier will collect the shipments from us. Depending on the courier’s schedule and load, this may take a few days or sometimes a couple of weeks. During this period, the tracking link may not show updates yet.
3. Transit and International Dispatch
Once collected, your mail will be transported to the next sorting or clearing station before being flown to the international hub.
4. Processing at the International Hub
When your mail arrives at the international hub, it will undergo processing and dispatching to your destination country.
5. Arrival and Customs Clearance
After your mail arrives in your country, it will go through customs checking and clearance. Once cleared, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as transit and customs processes can vary by country and may take additional time. Rest assured that every order is handled with utmost care and priority until it reaches you safely.

- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply.
- To facilitate customs clearance, we now use transparent packaging, making it easier for customs officials to inspect your order.
- While we do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, courier mishandling, or missing items resulting from customs checks.
- If an item is missing from your order, we’ll be happy to send a replacement with your next order—just be sure to take an unboxing video as proof and send it to our email.

US Shipping Policy (Effective August 29, 2025)
With the recent removal of the $800 duty-free allowance (de minimis rule) by US Customs. We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship your order. Our courier has recently announced a suspension of shipments to the United States, which unfortunately affects our ability to fulfill your package at this time.
Please know that we are closely monitoring the situation and exploring alternative solutions to resume shipments as soon as possible.

Shipping Update & Policy Notice (Effective January 2026)
Starting January 2026, we will no longer be able to offer refunds or replacements for delayed, lost, or missing shipments once orders have been dispatched.
In good faith and with the intention of ensuring customers received their orders, we previously issued replacements for delayed shipments. However, many of these original parcels were eventually delivered, resulting in double shipments and significant losses on our end. Despite our best efforts, these situations are beyond our control once orders leave our hands.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. If you prefer faster or more secure delivery, we encourage purchasing from our official stockists nearest you.
